When I was a kid my friend's mom used to have Slim Fast in the house all the time, and we used to make ourselves little shakes. It was chocolate so we thought it was yummy. The idea of using it for weight loss had not occurred to us!
I have used slim fast off and on over the years. My grandma and I used to put the powder, some splenda, ice cubes and milk in the blender and yum that was good. so good that we drank them TOO much LOL :)
I would love one of the cards :)and I Just wanted to say slim fast does work I have used it in the past. But at this point in my weight loss I am just heading another way.
Ooh, I'm first! I have used slimfast in the past, as has my husband. We both liked it. I stopped using it a long time ago because it's got a lot of sugar in it. I know that sugar is way better than some of its substitutes, but I'm avidly against sugar. Not that I don't like it (obviously, that's why I'm fat), but when I decide to allow myself to have sugar, it's going to be for the good stuff. (And very rarely, LOL).
My husband still uses slimfast occasionally, though. He's in the Army and has those weigh ins twice a year. =)

To be 100% honest I used slim fast and it just didnt work for me. I would do everything by the book and still ended up gaining weight which was totally not what i was looking for. but that was many years ago maybe the new improved formula is better :-) good luck on your journey

...ok so I don't love Slim Fast shakes but there are a couple snack bars that are really yummy. On the other hand I LOVE Sephora!! One of my favorite places to shop. If you have not been to one find one near you and go!

I actually don't think I've ever had a Slimfast, but I've gotten more into premade protein shakes recently, for convenience's sake and I would certainly try it! I also love Sephora!
I think Slim Fast is an awesome option for days when I need to grab something on the go.
I recently got back into the Slim Fast groove after taking about 5 years away from it b/c of the "new, improved" and equally disgusting Optima formula they added. I decided to go back to it last week and try it in the powdered form to make fruit smoothies...needless to say much easier to go down and I am in LOVE with the taste :)

I love(d) using Slim Fast Optima Carb Control when I was preggers with my son. The dr's suggested to drink one every night before bed to keep my protein up. I have adopted the tradition in my normal everyday life with regular slim fast!

I had decent success with Slim Fast years ago after the birth of my second daughter. I've thought about trying it again.
I love the cappucino slim-fast. The flavor is great!
I love Slim Fast. I'm not using them everyday but I always keep a few cans in the car, they are just great to grab and go when you are in a hurry.
Slim Fast has really improved their flavors over the years and it is a great way to get in some nourishment when you are in a hurry.
I personally don't like slim fast because it has alot of sugar in it but it works for alot of people. I like gnc's weight loss powder it tastes great and has low sugar and high fiber. I so would love to win a sephora gift card to give to my daughter for xmas, I hope I win. ;)
I have tried slim fast in the past, but haven't tried the new flavors. I am an eater ... and though my brain tells me that there is plenty of nutrition in slim fast for it to be plenty to hold me over lunch, I just can't get my stomach and teeto to agree to drinking any meal!
I like the taste of Slim Fast but really miss the sensation of chewing when I have it as a meal. I'd like Slim Fast as a snack but I would be afraid I'd MISuse it and gain!

I am a chocoholic and when I began my journey to weight loss (still on it) I could not control my pangs for a chocolate (it was not a sweet craving but i wanted the real thing). I tried nesqucik mix but without the chocolate flavor I was kinda never too happy ! Gym and diet became a chore ! so happy to get slimfast ! the flavor helps so much !
Slim Fast is my go to, when I'm getting to snug in my jeans :) And yes I can recall the powder Slim Fast! WOW getting way to old. Can't wait to try the 'new' stuff!

Slim Fast is great when you're on the run! My favorite is chocolate! I use it as an mid-afternoon meal when I'm on the go!
I grew up around slim fast. My mom was always trying to eat healthier, and I used to think that meant you were always on a diet. Well... you are sort of... and I realized a diet just is what you eat! If I chose to eat healthy then it was a good diet, and if I chose to eat bad food, it wasn't a healthy diet. Slim fast just makes eating healthy easier! I get vitamins, I get protein, I get something that tastes like a snack :) it's awesome.
Its good too loss weight by using slim fast.One of my friend told me about this but before that i am using sensalim spray and it really works.I am quite happy and comfortable in using it as you are by using slim fast
Hello Hollie, I haven't tried slim fast in a long time, but it sounds like they have really improved on their taste so I think I might give it a try again. November 1st is my starting date, that will give me time in the next few days to get a menu and a workout scheduled and I am going to start a blog myself planned and I hope to find more inspiring blogs like yours to follow, I think I will add trying slimfast to my list to see how it does.
I actually like slimfast, but it's got way too much sugar in it for me to use it on a regular basis.

I have tried Slim Fast on and off and I have to say i love it. I enjoy drinking canned protein shake especially the one that can be used as meal replacements. They are fast, quick and portable. I have not drank Slim Fast in about a year and I am excited to try the new one :).
