My battle...

And my laziness, I guess, lol! Saw this on Pinterest and had to share.

I went to the gym again today... 40 minutes. YAY ME!

Wow... 2 days in a row of blogging AND going to the gym. Anyone see a connection?

Blogging = accountability. Period.

Today is just as busy and hectic as most of my other days, but the difference is that I made it my business to get to that gym. I am proving to myself that it can be done, it's just up to me to make up my mind to do so.

*****

Sidenote: Anyone coupon? I'm going to give it a shot. I struggle with feeding 4 kids on a limited income, so I am going to try this couponing thing. Any suggestion are welcome!

Hollie, I coupon and would be glad to give you some tips. Honestly, it is very time consuming. When I don't have the time or energy, I go to Aldi, it is like couponing without the work.

I used to coupon and I saved tons of money. I kind of stopped doing it and I feel the pain in my wallet. Must get back to doing it. I saw that you can load coupons to your loyalty cards now, that might be something to check out?!? Good luck.

Yay! Two days in a row! That is awesome! Coupon can be very time consuming but so worth it in the long wrong. I don't consider myself and extreme couponer (and I wouldn't want to be one either) but I have had great success in saving money. There are lots of blogs out there that match up coupons to sales to get you an even better deal.

Do you enjoy the gym? Or are you just going because you think you should? I've couponed before and I always felt like I didn't really save that much since I bought things that I normally wouldn't buy. I did get a lot the non food items for pretty cheap though. I've found good food for a $1 a piece at the 99 cents store or Dollar Tree.

I coupon and it helps! It does take some time and some planning but it is awesome. I am not an extreme couponer cause I don't have the time but every little bit helps!

Hollie, kudos to you for going to them gym when you can and chosing a healthy lifestyle! One issue I can definitely relate to us having the gym close early. There are days during the week when my closes at 6pm! A way I combat with this is by finding ways to be active at home. Like you, I find myself on a tight budget so "free" is about all I like to pay when it comes to fitness. Two things I'd recommend you look at: your local library AND online workout videos. The library near my house offers a wide variety of workout DVDs which require little or no equipment and can be done with or without sound (if you're trying to make sure your kids don't wake from the noise). Another option is researching routines online. My favorite source for this is www.bodyrock.tv The women and men who demonstrate the exercises have excellent form and often will provide modifications for those of us who can't quite squeek out full push ups or don't have a dip bar readily accessible. The best part about the workouts is they're short but effective. Workouts time range between 8-15 minutes and are set up as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) so it's pretty tough to get bored!

If you want to enjoy a constant weight for a long time, the solution is to calculate the calories you consume. Limited to weight management to balance the number of calories you consume and the number of calories your body burns.

A calorie is defined as a unit of energy for the body, acquired from food. Caloric balance is like a scale. For an ideal balance and maintain a number of kilograms of having a constant, calories consumed must be balanced with those used by the body to perform its normal functions.http://www.howmanycaloriesinapoundoffat.org/

Loosing Weight is not an easy task. Many people trying to lose weight have been on numerous diets and have tried just about every "fad diet" that has been around. We all know that losing weight can be quite a challenge and for some people is nearly impossible. For losing weight it takes time, practices and support from your family members and friends to change lifetime habits.

I also am a single mother, work AND go to school full time, and I coupon. There are blogs that take the time of matching up sales with recently distrubuted coupons. (my favorite is krazykouponlady.com) I also use a coupon clipping service called www.thecouponclippers.com. While some may say it defeats the purpose, let me explain: if your store is having a sale on pasta for example, and you can maximize your saving by using a coupon, you want to buy plenty at the cheapest price. Its cheaper to pay just the HANDLING fee from this website, then to pay 2.00+ for a newspaper, just for the coupon. and you would have to buy one paper for each coupon.
My most recent purchase from this site was 15 toothpaste coupons that would be free and 15 cinnamon roll coupons that also was free. I paid less than five dollars for the coupons. Buying all the newspapers for that would be 60 dollars.
Good luck!

Im like a yoyo when it comes to working out. Im good at going to the gym for about a month but then I start to lose interest. I ENJOY my food and going out to dinner with my boyfriend. My problem is portion control. I found this website to be very helpful and has worked for me. You should check it out...its all natural. http://www.purehealthandbody.com/
