I've been trying to work on my arms too... but I just started exercising a few weeks ago... so I'm waiting a few more weeks until I go talk to a personal trainer. I think I'll be ready then to start sculpting my body. But already I've lost about 3 inches

I dont usually post a comment. I enjoy your blog though. I have issues with my arms as well. My DH told me to stop focusing on my arms because they were proportionate to my size. Your arms are shrinking just like the rest of you. They look great!
